Hi, my name is Michelle and I am a mad keen printmaker, specialising in original reduction lino prints. I have dabbled with monoprints, etching and collage but reduction lino printing is my passion. Some say reduction lino printing is like a suicide printing process, but I love the way the medium and process [seen to be rigid and unswerving] can turn out such evocative and lyrical art work.

I like making prints of birds and of landscapes that I have seen myself - turning a beautiful Australian place into a beautiful print and always trying to capture the essence of what I am seeing
